Lonely Saturday
( my Saturday)
so my girls ditched me last night to spend the night at grandma’s house. and since we are done with soccer games and soccer practice I decided it was the right time to start that circuit class at the gym. I have been wanting to try it for awhile I just never had the chance. so before I went I had a banana and an egg white. It looked very intimidating, but there was no backing down now. It turned out to be so much fun.
I was surprised I was able to keep up with everyone else. I ven kept going when so many other fit looking people stopped! I’m going to try to make it to this Saturday class whenever I can.

After the class, I came home and made myself a veggie omelete and some toast. I had a iced chai latte that tasted so awesome. I found this cool coffee bean ice tray at target. You pour your coffee or tea in and instead of using regular ice cubes that waters down your drink, you use these. How cool is that!

I got ready to go do some window shopping, because lately everything seems so expensive. Its really hard for me to spend money these days.
My yoga instructor told me about this new restaurant last week called T-Coasters- the healthy choice, so I decided to try it. They have different types of juices, sandwiches, soups, fish, and desserts. Its not as healthy as I hoped for but oh well.
I ordered a veggie sandwich with a cauliflower soup. The cauliflower soup was a amazing. I’m going to try to recreate this soup. I absolutely love cauliflower! It tasted very mediterranian which I loved…
Now the sandwich on the other hand was horrible. There weren’t any real veggies in it! All it had was wheat bread, spinach, lettuce, avocados, and tomatoes. I could have made something better at home. Next time maybe I’ll try the fish instead.

Since I was still hungry I went to yogo berry to get a frozen yogurt with walnuts and mixed berries. It hit the spot. I only ate half and had the other half later in the evening.

Finally my girls came home and we are sitting here watching tv together. They make my life complete. I felt very lonely and awkward without them by my side.
