First I want to say congrats on your weight release! I just want to know how you got started. I am currently 310lbs and I have been struggling with keeping up the momentum–I have lost 57lbs only to put back 11lbs. I am trying to eat clean as I can but I am struggling! Please help

Nutrition is the most important aspect. Buy healthy cookbooks (I used eat clean diet: recharged) and plan out your meals. When you have good food at home you won’t question what to eat at your next meal.
