Healthy Pizza on the Grill
I used to have this fear of making my own pizza crust. I know it can be so much healthier but I never know where to start.
I have finally put together a recipe I really like. I hope you will too.
The dough is not completely whole wheat. I partly used bread flour so the crust could be soft yet crispy and the dough elastic when rolling out. There are only a few ingredients, but the taste is amazing. It might not be a traditional pizza dough. When you are trying to lose weight, you still want your food to taste good and real.
My choice of toppings were grilled asparagus and mushrooms, tomato slices, asadero cheese and fresh basil.

That pizza looks and sounds so good! I have been wanting to try grilling a pizza lately. I have seen several floating around the web. Unfortunately for my area we are slammed with summer storms right now so grilling is not possible
Oh no, I hope you can grill soon. Summer is almost over.
Yum! I love that this can be easily veganized. I shall try
I can’t wait to see what you come up with, like always!
I have yet to grill a pizza. Will be trying soon before the summer is over!
It was my first time and surprisingly very simple!
What an amazing idea! That sounds so good!
You need to try it Nikki. You will not be dissapointed.
