July Foodie Pen Pals Part 2

Allison from Life’s A Bowl did her part and went out and bought me some goodies that I’m sure I would love, took her time to pack it and ship it only to find out it got lost in the mail all while having a very busy life. We were both so upset, just as I mentioned in Part 1.

So her being an amazing foodie pen pal, she went out and bought me more treats for me to finally enjoy. She didn’t want me to be left out. The package came in while I was out-of-town. So yesterday, I went to the post office to go retrieve my package. Geez, it seemed like I was never getting a package!

But once I opened it, I realized it was definitely worth the wait.

Inside was some great finds from Trader Joe’s! It brought a huge smile to my face. Since it was my goal to visit trader Joe’s during my vacation, it was so nice to see some extra goodies that I wouldn’t have been able to fit in my suitcase.

Even though I haven’t tried everything from this package, I already know I am going to love every single item.

I tried the dark chocolate pomegranate seeds and they are so good. I cant wait to try the bars which are Kind: peanut butter dark chocolate, and Clif: Chocolate Almond Coconut! Seriously, does she know me or what?

I can’t wait to try the hemp hearts and the raw chocolate coconut butter on some oatmeal.

The whole family will be sharing the pretzels and apple rings. The card is from Trader Joe’s also. She joked inside the card how the mailman or someone else is enjoying the other package. A great sense of humor and great girl. Thanks so much again, Allison.
